Gardens, Trees, Shrubs and Hedges are the responsibility of the Tenant. BBCHA have no responsibility towards the maintenance of gardens.
Under the current garden maintenance scheme BBCHA currently maintain all supported housing gardens where there is a need for. However in some cases we may be able to undertake such services in accordance to our policy and budget, there may be a charge for this.
