Beechwood Ballantyne keeps its promises!

For all those tenants who took part in the vote to set up Beechwood Balantyne, we have now fitted a new component of their choice.

Tenants voting for the transfer were given the choice of either a new kitchen, bathroom or double glazed windows. Since February 2005 we have fitted 260 new kitchens, 80 new bathrooms and replaced uPVC double-glazed windows to a further 510 properties.

Paul Obey, our Technical Manager, commented "We've spent almost £3 million on this first phase of improvements and customer satisfaction with the work is extremely high. We are now moving on to the next phase of fitting windows to a further 317 properties this year. Our new office building is on site and will provide a comfortable fully accessible building for all of our customers, opening in Autumn this year."
